What is Hot Stone Massage?
A hot stone massage is a therapeutic and deeply relaxing massage technique that uses smooth, heated stones placed on specific parts of the body. The warmth of the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, promoting relaxation, easing muscle tension, and enhancing overall well-being. This type of massage combines the benefits of thermotherapy (heat therapy) with traditional massage techniques.
