What is Swedish Massage?
A Swedish massage is one of the most popular and widely recognised forms of massage therapy. It primarily focuses on promoting relaxation, easing muscle tension, and improving blood circulation through a series of specific techniques. This type of massage is ideal for individuals looking for a gentle yet effective way to relieve stress and enhance their overall well-being.
